The Roaming Teller I engages with members to resolve inquiries, processes transactions, and educates them on products and services while traveling to different branches as needed. Responsibilities Assists members, guest members and potential members with their account inquiries, performs cash and non-cash transactions and account maintenance while actively listening to and inquiring about members needs with the objective of providing the ultimate member experience and value-added solutions Resolves member inquires with a focus on our Brand Promise while utilizing and adhering to company policies. Researches and explores potential solutions to provide alternatives for members.
