Get your hands on the vast network with on land, underwater, and space points of presence.Join our decade-long partnership with BICS to ensure confidence in your future and long-term growth!TietoEvry-BICS team has been growing since 2010… and we are looking forward to grow with you!Develop your telecom expertise in diverse portfolio of BICS products, including Voice, Cloud, Signaling, LTE, IoT, etc.Enjoy unmatched growth opportunities with BICS vast network and customers around the world.Become a part of the international 24/7, follow-the-sun telecom team with presence from Brazil to Singapore.Tietoevry - BICS team has been growing since 2010… and we are looking forward to growing with you! ResponsibilitiesCustomer Representation:Act as the commercial voice of the customer in all IOT negotiations, ensuring their strategic and financial objectives are met.Translate customer P&L targets into negotiation strategies and commercial outcomes.Negotiation & Contract Management:Lead bilateral and multilateral negotiations with roaming partners and groups to secure optimal IOT terms.Ensure contracts reflect agreed commercial conditions and are aligned with GSMA standards and RAEX processes.Monitor contract lifecycle and proactively manage renewals and amendments.Financial Reconciliation & Settlements:Perform regular reconciliations between operational and financial data (e.g., invoices, payments, service delivery, usage reports).Validate and process settlement reports, ensuring accuracy of financial postings and balances.Perform Monthly Accruals for discounted commercial deals.Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities, ensuring all settlements are captured and accrued correctly.Commercial Strategy & Analysis:Analyse roaming traffic, cost trends, and partner performance to identify negotiation opportunities.Collaborate with finance, pricing, and analytics teams to model commercial scenarios and assess impact on customer P&L.Support the development of roaming pricing strategies and discount frameworks.Stakeholder Engagement:Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, operations) and external roaming partners.Provide regular updates and reporting to the customer on negotiation progress, risks, and outcomes.Market Intelligence & Compliance:Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive benchmarks.Ensure all agreements comply with GSMA guidelines, roaming regulations, and internal governance.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Telecommunications, or related field3–7 years of experience in roaming, wholesale, or telecom commercial rolesExperience negotiating IOT agreements or managing roaming partnershipsFluency in verbal and spoken English; additional languages are a plusStrong presentation skillsPersonal SkillsGrowth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve negotiation strategies and outcomesCan-Do Attitude: Proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient in the face of challengesAccountability: Takes ownership of deliverables and follows through on commitmentsCollaborative Spirit: Easy to work with, respectful, and able to build trust across cultures and teamsProfessionalism: Maintains a high standard of integrity, discretion, and customer focus in all interactions Additional Information:At Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
