Overview: Optimizing and automatization of procedures and processes of Road transport part Preparation of calculations for Tenders Road transport costs procurement Road and Contract logistics service development Responsibilities: · Transport data analysis (costs, performance, utilization, lead time, service providers) · Monitoring KPIs in the field of road transport (OTIF, cost per shipment, utilization) · Identifying opportunities for route and cost optimization · Collaboration with carriers and 3PL partners · Collaboration with Operation team and service departments · Creating regular reports and dashboards · Support in carrier selection procedures (tenders) · Controlling transport costs · Design and implementation of improvement projects · Supporting the digitalization and automation of transport processes Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics / transportation / data analysis Analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to interpret data and propose solutions Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query an advantage) Experience with TMS system an advantage Local Language at a native level English at a communicative level Accurate, efficient, and independent way of working Organizational talent as well as analytical skills Quick perception and open for changes Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Strong team player with the ability to work independently High affinity for organizational and administrative tasks About AIT Worldwide: For more than 40 years, customers have relied on AIT as an industry leader for supply chain solutions with a consultative approach, a global network and trusted partners in (virtually) every industry - these include aviation, automotive, consumer retail, food, government, healthcare, high-tech, industrial and life sciences.
