Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on nursing care in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care instructions
Requirements
• Active Ohio LPN or RN license (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Prior experience in a residential, outpatient, or behavioral health setting is a plus
