RN/LPN Pediatric Homecare - Weekend Day Shift
About the position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home for day, evening, and overnight shifts. We offer paid training, a supportive environment with 24/7 clinical and scheduling support, and flexible scheduling options. This role offers rewarding, one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
ā¢ Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
ā¢ Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
ā¢ Maintain patient confidentiality.
ā¢ Provide patient and caregiver education.
ā¢ Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.
Requirements
ā¢ Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey
ā¢ Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care
ā¢ New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply
