Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our Nursing Call Center team. This position is fully remote and is available to applicants with an active nursing compact license in any participating state. As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical outcomes, and adherence to protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor nursing staff within the call center environment, ensuring exceptional service and patient care.
Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations for the nursing team.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as company policies.
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing complex patient cases and clinical challenges.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to call center operations and patient care.
Review and analyze patient care metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in a Compact License State (multi-state or single-state as applicable).
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong clinical background with experience in home healthcare or telemedicine preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with healthcare technology and systems is a plus.
