We’re seeking experienced and compassionate RN Admission Nurses to complete Start of Care visits for clients in the comfort of their homes. As an RN Admission Nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in establishing each client’s care journey, using your assessment and planning skills to set the tone for successful outcomes. You’ll cover visits throughout the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area (within a 50-mile radius), with mileage fully reimbursed.
