RN - Quality Improvement Specialist PRN
About the position
Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Quality Improvement Specialist PRN. This PRN Nurse must reside in close proximity to Sarasota, FL (2 hours) and will work remotely.
Responsibilities
• Quality Improvement Specialist
Requirements
• Registered Nurse or healthcare professional with minimum of associate degree in related field, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of home health experience (required)
• OASIS knowledge required (certification not required)
• Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), including face-to-face requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports.

• CPHQ preferred or equivalent
