Responsibilities
Ā Executing peer review screenings based on established quality indicators.

Ā Reviewing medical documentation to identify areas of concern.

Ā Analyzing clinical cases and escalating issues as needed.

Ā Facilitating OPPE and FPPE evaluations.

Ā Preparing case studies for presentation to medical staff committees.
,
Ā Supporting committee meetings and documenting outcomes.
,
Ā Sharing data and collaborating on systemic improvement strategies.
,
Ā Maintaining provider quality files and preparing reports for leadership.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.

Ā Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
,
Ā Four years of related work experience.
,
Ā Current Washington State RN license.
,
Ā Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ā Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (Epic experience a plus).
