Position Overview As an RN Director of Nursing with Vetted Health, you will be responsible for leading our nursing team and providing strategic guidance on nursing practice, patient care, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement nursing strategies that align with Vetted Health's mission and vision. Nursing Practice: Provide expert guidance on nursing practice, patient care, and staff development to ensure high-quality care and exceptional patient outcomes. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nursing professionals to achieve exceptional performance and career growth. Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve patient care. Quality and Safety: Develop and implement quality and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Education and Training: Develop and deliver educational programs to enhance nursing staff competencies and promote professional development. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: Current RN licensure in the state of practice; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership role; experience in healthcare management, education, or consulting preferred. Certifications: Current BLS certification; national and state certification and/or as required. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders; experience with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications: We welcome candidates with: Experience: Experience in healthcare technology, telehealth, or healthcare consulting. Certifications: Additional certifications in nursing leadership, education, or specialty areas. Skills: Experience with data analysis, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
