Description Make a Difference as a Hospice RN Case Manager Hospice of Lenawee is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to provide high-quality, patient-centered hospice care in patients’ homes throughout our 35-mile service area which includes Lenawee County and surrounding areas.
