Risk Manager - Commercial Banking
U.S. Bank Corp is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Commercial Banking team as a Risk Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled professionals to identify, assess, and manage risk for our commercial banking clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial losses and protect clients from harm.
Monitor and review risk management processes and procedures.
Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure an understanding of their risk management needs.
Identify potential areas of risk and suggest potential solutions.
Provide guidance and support to the commercial banking team on risk management issues.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents related to risk management.
Stay up-to-date on risk management regulations and industry best practices.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk management requirements.
Work with the team to identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise in risk management.
