Risk Management Specialist
Location: Cyprus / Europe
Setting: Fully remote
Working Hours: Office Hours with flexibility in special cases.
We are seeking a dedicated Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining the operational integrity and security of our gaming environments.
You will act as the primary contact for the Risk team during European hours. Your primary responsibility is deep, focused investigative work—reviewing video footage, detecting anomalies, documenting dealer errors, and escalating potential fraud cases.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Oversight: Conduct daily reviews of game footage and studio recordings to detect fraud, dealer errors, or irregular gameplay behavior.
• Incident Management: Use Jira to log findings, manage incident cases, and escalate priority issues to leadership.
• Error Pattern Detection: Monitor for trends in human error and support internal controls by identifying recurring operational weaknesses.
• Process Development: Collaborate with leadership to help develop new monitoring protocols, training materials, and documentation as internal systems evolve.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Fraud Investigation, or a similar investigative field
• Analytical thinking & Advanced Excel knowledge: Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and logical analysis.
• Strong discipline and focus to perform video reviews with precision and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
Advantages:

• Familiarity with Jira for case management
• Experience working with video surveillance systems or operational video footage.
