Role Overview
We are hiring a Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and monitor risks across the business. The role combines analytical rigor with structured judgement ā surfacing risks early and helping leadership make informed trade-offs.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct risk assessments across credit, operational, market, and compliance dimensions
ā¢ Build and maintain risk models, scoring frameworks, and dashboards
ā¢ Monitor key risk indicators and surface emerging risks to leadership
ā¢ Run scenario analysis and stress testing on portfolios or operations
ā¢ Document risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans
ā¢ Partner with audit, compliance, and operations teams on remediation
Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ 3+ years in risk analysis, internal audit, or financial analysis
ā¢ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
ā¢ Working knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel, NIST, or equivalent)
ā¢ Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
ā¢ Familiarity with GRC platforms is a plus
ā¢ FRM, CFA, or similar certification is a plus
