Risk Analyst – Infrastructure and Operational Risk Management

Job Title Risk Analyst – Infrastructure & Operational Risk Management Job Description: Join a dynamic team managing project and operational risks for multi-agency transportation programs. As a Risk Analyst, you will implement ISO 31000-based risk frameworks to assess, score, and mitigate risks impacting public infrastructure and IT modernization projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive project risk registers. • Conduct risk impact scoring, Monte Carlo simulations, and predictive modeling. • Coordinate with program and project managers to define mitigation strategies. • Perform periodic risk reviews and adjust mitigation plans accordingly. • Prepare and present risk status reports to executives and oversight committees. • Support internal audits and external agency reviews. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or Business. Experience: • 4–6 years applying risk frameworks in infrastructure, construction, or IT domains. • Experience working on government/public sector projects preferred. Skills: • Risk modeling (qualitative and quantitative) • Familiarity with ISO 31000 and project risk management best practices • Use of risk tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, etc.) • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Clear and concise reporting and presentation abilities Certifications (Preferred): • ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional • PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) • PMP is a plus If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and have the skills to drive sustainable solutions, we invite you to apply to join our team at AZH Consulting!
