Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:


Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions with clients and their customers
Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
Utilizing various computer programs and tools to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and effective support
Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:


Previous call center experience or strong customer service-focused work history
Self-directed and able to work independently, with good problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and multi-tasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including typing and navigation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment
Knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in customer service
