Job Description Overview
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith National Patient Service Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, while maintaining positive patient relations. Your primary duties will include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide service to patients in a professional manner
Provide excellent, concise communication
Learn and understand ETM software operation
Learn and understand billing and account operations
Answers and documents all telephone inquiries
Research and resolve problems with patients' bills
Updates patients' insurance coverage as needed
Prints courtesy claims and itemized statements
Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information
Arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed
Performs other duties and assignments as requested
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
Sign-on Bonus and Incentives
