About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst at careerzynith, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will gain a deep understanding of key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.
Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions from initial concept to production, communicating results to a wide range of audiences.
Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis.
Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
Lead and guide less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects and presenting to the management team.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Data Systems, Software Engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, or Economics.
At least five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
