About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As the face of our customer, you'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating a welcoming environment for our passengers. You'll interact with customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing a positive and professional experience that will leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention.
Problem-Solving: Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
Safety and Security: Working every day with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for ourselves and our customers.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Running collaboratively with others, assisting colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.


Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:


Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
Security Clearance: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Attendance and Appearance: Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
