Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Availability to work 1st shift (10am-7pm) Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services
Ability to work in a remote environment
Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
