About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Digital Media Operations Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our global advertising and partnerships team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals in supporting sales reps and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. Your primary focus will be on delivering effective media strategies that drive revenue growth, while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Digital Media Operations professionals in supporting sales reps and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing.
Develop and execute effective media strategies that augment revenue growth, while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and aiding the effort of the executives.
Perform all tasks connected with campaign management, including stock gauging, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing.
Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address every related question.
Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, promotion items, or campaigns.
Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking.
Investigate and resolve promotion delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support.
Test potential promotion tech merchant integrations and provide input on contract discussions.
Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency.
Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop systems and products that boost revenue yield.
Maintain, tutor, and develop skills, including training future recruits.
Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices.
Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local hub of excellence for different offices across EMEA.
Stay up-to-date with TWDC's promotion tech stack and system, and follow industry developments.
Experience We Expect From You:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in digital media operations, advertising, and partnerships. Your ideal profile includes:
Graduate level or equivalent experience.
3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in promotion tech.
Group management insight.
Master in defining and advancing cycles.
Proficient in determining, planning, dealing, and managing promotion lobbies for display and video across websites, applications, social platforms, and connected television conditions.
Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution.
Solid understanding of automated marketing, technologies that power it, and key players in the space.
Aware of general information security and protection requirements connected with advanced advertising.
Ready to address the organization in outside gatherings and occasions.
Media or entertainment brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership.
Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (e.g., Google Promotion Chief), promotion server frameworks (e.g., DV360), and management of Innovative Labels and Following to help and lead the assigned team.
