Position Summary
We're currently hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in your area to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and balance your priorities in and outside of work. You'll be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans
Provide heart-driven service and solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
Work from Home Opportunity

To be eligible, you'll need to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements, have a secure workspace free from distractions, and successfully complete our comprehensive training program. Required Qualifications:
1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
At least 6 months of healthcare experience
Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.65, with a starting rate of $17.50. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
