Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and processing transactions.
