Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional patient experiences by greeting customers warmly, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues promptly. Model and promote arenaflex's customer service best practices, including positive relational behaviors and service qualities, to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience. Process transactions efficiently, accurately, and with a smile, handling returns, exchanges, and other customer requests with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for appearance and customer satisfaction. Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining signage, and restocking shelves to create an engaging and inviting store atmosphere. Provide exceptional customer service in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner printing, and selling special photo products. Take on web order responsibilities, including processing orders, picking items, and delivering packages to customers as they arrive at the store. Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy store environment by adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including proper food handling and storage practices. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, operating a point-of-sale system, and processing transactions. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Preferred Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with: Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
