About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our mission. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Closing clients in new markets as assigned
Developing and executing stakeholder outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and potential walk-ins
Cultivating prospects into customers through regular follow-up and contact
Onboarding existing clients' locations information
Documenting all stakeholder interactions into CRM
Working closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers
Being responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships

Ensuring recruiting pipeline is aligned with sales pipeline
Networking actively to expand presence in the market
Essential Qualifications:
1 year of experience in sales or customer service
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
