Key Responsibilities:


Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues or concerns
Create innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations and build brand loyalty
Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the Card Member experience
Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support Card Members' travel needs
Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs


Qualifications:

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:


Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is preferred
Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions and a focus on delivering exceptional service
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
Must exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the Card Member experience
Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
