About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in market research and customer insights, working closely with our experienced team to analyze data, develop research initiatives, and create engaging presentations. As a Market Research and Customer Insights Intern (Marketing), you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
Analyzing survey data using Excel or SPSS
Programming and disseminating surveys in our self-service Qualtrics platform
Conducting literature reviews and environmental scans and synthesizing findings
Creating PowerPoint presentations that distill research into digestible format
Project managing research initiatives, including meetings and attendees
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent research skills, and a passion for market research and customer insights. We are seeking a student or recent graduate who is enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the junior or senior level (undergraduate or graduate level) and has a GPA of 3.25 or above. The successful candidate will have:
Majors in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business, or Social Sciences
Strong research skills and a desire/interest in healthcare
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
The ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet
