Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CTO and CISO to establish the company's internal IT vision and manage infrastructure resources.
Develop and maintain a best-in-class Cloud IT infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and adaptable to evolving technology and threats.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and meet functional objectives.
Manage IT vendor relationships and control infrastructure costs to improve the bottom-line of the organization.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Work with the InfoSec team to ensure a secure IT infrastructure and achieve necessary compliance requirements.
Collaborate with other department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions to support the company's goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and evaluate their potential impact on the company.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in an IT department with a strong strategic thinking and ability to align IT objectives to overall business goals.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, networks, and emerging technologies.
Experience leading complex IT projects, including rolling out new IT platforms.
Familiarity with common SaaS apps and a strong track record of delivering results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Prior experience working in organizations with compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA) requirements.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a growth-stage company.
