About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Director of Network Business Planning to lead our Network & Acquirer Solutions team in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing network performance. As a key member of our Global Merchant & Network Services group, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, metrics, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual Tech Investment Planning process, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the process
Establish and monitor overall network performance, including KPIs and scorecards
Drive product oversight by supporting product governance activities, including PRSAs, AEMP54, and TLM
Support the creation of materials for Enterprise forums with senior stakeholders across all business units
Stay informed with initiatives across the enterprise and connect the dots across all network products
Support urgent and important strategic initiatives with thought leadership and drive stretch projects
Requirements:
Relevant experience: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and track record of process optimization
Leadership skills: Strong track record of leadership, both in building high-performing diverse teams and creating followership
Executive communication skills: Outstanding communicator with the ability to distill complex topics into clear and concise messages
Relationship Management: Consistent track record of establishing, developing, and leveraging partner relationships
Thought leadership: Strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to synthesize and translate market and industry trends
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to spot new trends and opportunities, develop a business case, and overcome objections
