As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of exciting projects, including:
Compiling written reports on consumer insight data to inform franchise strategy and performance
Partnering with site teams to develop and maintain a monthly newsletter highlighting the latest offerings for each franchise
Brainstorming and articulating new business ideas to support franchise growth and success
Building compelling presentations to support franchise strategy growth
Managing projects, including calendar coordination, meeting facilitation, and follow-up activities
Utilizing team collaboration tools to drive effective record-keeping, communication, and efficiency
Providing support on ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Experience in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and managing time effectively
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable to change
Possesses a positive spirit, diligence, and a desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international teams
Mindfulness of diverse cultures and the ability to work respectfully in multi-cultural settings
Written proficiency in one or more of the following languages: English, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
This internship is a hybrid position and requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025
Fully available from Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Compensation: The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour, with select benefits provided as part of the compensation package.
