Provide training and guidance on our e-commerce platform, supporting processes, technology, and equipment
Assist with client promotions at launch and advise on ongoing marketing plans for consistent growth
Lead clients through configuration decisions to optimize the e-commerce platform
Identify gaps in our onboarding process and recommend associated solutions
Report launch status of each client project and provide regular progress updates
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in completing projects using cloud-based solutions
Ability to lead client-facing calls and meetings with confidence and poise

Technical skills in configuration of pre-determined options, FTP file transfer, and payment processing configurations
