This internship offers a chance to work across multiple teams and projects with the Enterprise Technology segment, with locations in Orlando, FL and Burbank, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by working with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
Conduct data analysis and reporting to capture KPIs, service utilization, and inform change enablement activities
Collaborate with product owners and senior business analysts on team backlog management, documentation, user stories, and end-user training
Monitor changes to program backlog and communicate with senior business analysts to determine impacts to team backlog, sprint, or iteration
Help collect business requirements, perform analysis, and document user stories
Evaluate delivered stories against the definition of done and established acceptance criteria
Participate in assigned projects
Requirements and Qualifications
Technology background or applicable technology skills
Demonstrated technical or creative writing skills, able to translate complex ideas into understandable user stories
Customer service orientation with demonstrated experience building strong relationships with internal or external stakeholders
Familiarity with Python/R or other statistical programming languages
Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau, Jupyter, Power BI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as 0365, Slack, Jira Confluence

Location: Orlando, FL or Burbank, CA
Program Length: May/June - August/September 2025 (12 weeks)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Eligibility Requirements
Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship
Must be at least 18 years old
Must possess unrestricted work authorization and provide full availability for the entire program duration
Must be able to provide own housing and transportation during the internship
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
