Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through proactive methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, referrals, and our internal database.
Proactive business development, seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities.
Full recruitment process management, including arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
Requirements:
Previous experience with outbound sales, with cold calling experience preferred.
Previous recruitment experience, preferably handling a 360 desk (client and candidate-facing).
Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success, whether through sports, extracurricular activities, or previous sales roles.
Driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation package includes a base salary of $49,000, with commission potential in Year 1, and uncapped earnings based on performance. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k options, long and short-term disability, life insurance, and 15 days of PTO in Year 1.
