Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with questions and recommendations, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience. Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets, adhering to arenaflex's high standards. Keep the store well-stocked, recover merchandise, and ensure a visually appealing store environment. Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards. Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, as well as meet the physical demands of the job.
