Your expertise will help us provide top-notch support for routine tax questions and inquiries, client complaints, client support for various products and services, and appointment scheduling support. What We're Looking For: Education: High school diploma or GED required Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency Availability: Open availability 7 days a week Pay Expectation: Our seasonal onsite pay rate starts at $16/hr in training, with additional incentive eligibility after training graduation.
