Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: As a Customer Service Captain, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience at arenaflex. This includes providing top-notch service, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Act as an Ambassador: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and as such, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This includes greeting guests with a smile, answering questions, and providing information about our facilities and services. Enforce House Policies: As a Customer Service Captain, you'll be responsible for enforcing arenaflex's house policies and ensuring that our guests adhere to them. This includes maintaining the safety and security of our facilities, as well as ensuring that our guests are aware of and comply with our rules and regulations. Assist with Event Setup and Breakdown: You'll be responsible for assisting with the setup and breakdown of special events, including private parties and corporate functions. Provide Game Assistance: As a Customer Service Captain, you'll be responsible for providing game assistance, including resetting the area after each use and ensuring that all billiard supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Assist with Kiosk Operations: You'll be responsible for assisting guests with kiosk operations, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: As a Customer Service Captain, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, including the Viewpoint and Midway areas. Essential Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: As a Customer Service Captain, you'll be responsible for communicating with guests, team members, and management, so excellent communication skills are essential. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You'll be responsible for resolving guest complaints and issues, so strong problem-solving skills are a must. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: As a Customer Service Captain, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations. Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: You'll be required to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, so you'll need to be able to adapt to changing schedules. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of arenaflex's Products and Services: Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services is a plus, but not required. Ability to Lift 30 Pounds: You'll be required to lift 30 pounds, so you'll need to be physically able to do so.
