As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of retail. **Key Responsibilities:** Customer Experience * Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. * Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Operations * Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. * Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience. * Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. * Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensure compliance with company asset protection procedures.
