Responsibilities As a Temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support. Following established communication scripts to handle various topics, including debit card inquiries, orders, and balances. Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their issues. Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide seamless support. Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Adapting to changing priorities and tasks without compromising efficiency or composure. Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring seamless operations. Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, upholding arenaflex's high standards of service. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous customer service or customer support experience, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role. Previous call center or office background experience is a plus, but not required. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and online tools. The ability to work independently, think critically, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute accuracy. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities. Must be at least 18 years of age and meet all applicable state and federal laws. Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in the financial services industry or a related field. Knowledge of debit card products and services. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools. Benefits As a Temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: Competitive starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr for nights and weekends). Paid training, typically 1 week in length, from 6:00am-3:00pm (PST). Temporary part-time to full-time opportunities, with a minimum of 20-40 hours per week.
