Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business. What You'll Need to Succeed: To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call. Availability to work a variety of work shifts. The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10 key). Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
