Job Highlights: Company: arenaflex Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: A competitive salary Position: Part-Time Remote Data Entry Associate Location: Remote About the Role: As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless interactions with our clients, and contribute to the success of our organization by providing high-quality support. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Process transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed. Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and process voids, returns, and exchanges as necessary. Assist pharmacy staff with tasks, including filling prescriptions, counting and pouring medications, and verifying medication accuracy. Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for external program remedy services and maintaining accurate records. Support the pharmacy division with stock administration tasks, including requesting, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances, including cocktails and tobacco products. Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and complete resets and corrections as assigned. Assist with the division of food items, including raw and pre-cooked foods, and maintain accurate records. Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine services. Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care, processing requests, and delivering requests to clients as they arrive at the store. Support outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or customer service). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail or healthcare environment, with a focus on customer service and data entry. PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through arenaflex's assigned PTCB training program. Excellent numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications and experience with inventory management systems. Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management principles.
