Why You'll Love This Job As a Customer Service Specialist on our Government and Corporate Affairs team, you'll have the opportunity to: * Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex * Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets * Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner * Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights * Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer All You'll Need for Success To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training * Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills * Knowledge of Native SABRE * The ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution * A high level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability * Satisfactory attendance Preferred Qualifications While a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, we're also interested in candidates with equivalent experience/training.
