What You'll Do as a Customer Care Associate As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the package delivery process. Your daily responsibilities will include: Talking with customers about package delivery, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery. Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary. What You'll Need to Succeed To excel as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call.
