Job Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:


Addressing the needs of inbound callers to achieve first call resolution, following established call flows and guidelines
Collaborating with internal partners to resolve issues related to claims, provider searches, and benefits
Maintaining professionalism while documenting all interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines
Adhering to scheduled work hours and maintaining production and adherence standards
Assisting callers with various inquiries while managing potential frustrations and complaints


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:


High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
