Key Responsibilities
Liaise with colleagues and customers to resolve technical issues related to 3D visual deployment on client websites
Utilize our proprietary CMS platform to manage and deploy 3D visuals, with comprehensive training provided
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our 3D visual offerings
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum Requirements
Commit to 16-20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, with a preference for at least 2 hours per business day
Near-native English, both written and spoken
Friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented
Quick learner
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of ALT-TAB (or Mac equivalent)
Big Plus
Knowledge of a major world language in addition to English
Familiarity and affinity with consumer electronics
Affinity or experience with web technology
Experience working with a CMS
