Position Overview
The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and development opportunities, and driving operational excellence. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of customer service experience.
2+ years of experience in a leadership position.
