Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of careerzynith
Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses such as Life and Series 6, with the option to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65
Training and onboarding new hires, developing them into key team members
