Role Summary
As an Entry-Level Live Chat Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Handling real-time customer inquiries via live chat in a browser-based platform
Answering questions about account access, promo codes, orders, and subscription options
Sending links to help guides, product pages, and tracking information
Copy/pasting approved responses or tailoring them based on the situation
Tagging and summarizing each conversation for internal reference
Routing technical issues to senior team members when outside your scope
