Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
Work with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence
Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
Work collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
