About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our VOC team, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs and requirements
Developing and leveraging knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform data-driven solutions and drive business transformation
Designing and building robust data models to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
Providing expert guidance on data analytics and statistical modeling to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
Developing and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Working closely with stakeholders to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, statistics, and data modeling, with experience working with large datasets and complex data systems. Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining data models and statistical models to support business insights and inform strategic decisions
Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements
Providing expert guidance on data analytics and statistical modeling to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
Developing and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Working closely with stakeholders to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
At least 3+ years of experience in data analytics, statistics, and data modeling, with a strong background in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, and Shell Scripting languages
Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems, with a strong understanding of data processing and statistical modeling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights
Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery, with a strong understanding of iterative development and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
Experience working with Qualtrics and other survey platforms
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
