Whether you're working with risk and analytics, or collaborating with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our customer experience. **How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?** As a Customer Marketing Consultants Team Lead, you'll partner with marketing teams to develop direct marketing targeting strategies that reach our Consumer and Commercial customers with relevant offers. You'll be a subject matter expert on the targeting and eligibility process, including data used for targeting, and provide recommendations and solutions to help marketing teams reach their goals. Your responsibilities will include: Consulting with marketing teams on targeting and eligibility for benefit reinforcement and spend campaigns targeted to Consumer and Commercial customers Reviewing all list request submissions for accuracy, finalizing with marketing teams, and providing clear instructions to list execution team members to code and create files for delivery Providing subject matter expertise to platform transformation teams and participating in testing and campaign migration to new platforms Troubleshooting and researching any data anomalies or customer complaints Identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from marketing teams to free up capacity **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that reach our Consumer and Commercial customers with relevant offers * Provide subject matter expertise on targeting and eligibility processes, including data used for targeting * Develop and implement solutions to help marketing teams reach their goals * Review and finalize list request submissions for accuracy and provide clear instructions to list execution team members * Participate in testing and campaign migration to new platforms * Troubleshoot and research any data anomalies or customer complaints * Identify process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from marketing teams **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strategic and logical thinking * Understanding of marketing operations * Experience working with data and marketing platforms like Unica or Redpoint * Ability to be highly organized and meet deadlines * A "can do" attitude and creative problem-solving * Strong relationship and communication skills with consulting expertise * Process improvement mindset * Big data platform/programming a plus (Hive, PySpark SQL, etc.) **What We Offer:** * Competitive base salaries * Bonus incentives * 6% Company Match on retirement savings plan * Free financial coaching and financial well-being support * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits * Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite, or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need * 20+ weeks paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender, offered for pregnancy, adoption, or surrogacy * Free access to global on-site wellness centers staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program * Career development and training opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
