Key Job Responsibilities


Manage a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers: Drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes.
Analyze customer data: Examine the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize each seller's potential.
Implement and track metrics: Record the success and quality of the sellers in your portfolio, using key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Sellers: Build relationships with potential sellers, understanding their needs and developing a clear understanding of our sellers and their requirements.
Build and execute on a joint business plan: Deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the sellers and careerzynith.
Conduct deep dive analysis: Examine seller issues, publish recommendations, and develop action plans to improve the seller experience.
Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices to drive success for your sellers.
Manage additional projects: Lead initiatives around our newly launched Paid Service, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
Conduct regular business reviews: Meet with sellers to discuss business metric performance, highlight areas for improvement, and build action plans to drive growth.


Shift Timings and Work Environment

This role requires a flexible schedule, with shift timings from 4 PM to 1 AM IST. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work independently, but also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success for your sellers. Basic Qualifications


2+ years of sales or account management experience: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience: Experience working with clients to develop and execute digital advertising strategies.
Experience with Excel: Proficient in using Excel to analyze data and develop recommendations.
Experience analyzing data and best practices: Ability to examine data and develop insights to drive business growth.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues for clients.
Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms: Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients in the tech industry.
